150th St. & My Heart, Awww...

Had a real blast exploring Hegewisch and its happy inch. We had hopes of visiting the fabled Club 505, where time has stood still since 1950 and a great percentage of Chicago's Polish community come to polka... But it was closed. So we settled for the Mugs Bunny.

The night ended with peculiarly steady dreams of Kurt Russell giving me advice on how to keep warm this winter. He stood perfectly still but occasionally would take a little hike out to Devil's Lake, Wisconsin, as he spoke. Like this:
