NASA Porn: Andromeda

Yes it's the Andromeda Galaxy. The very nearest galaxy there is! The light we see from it has taken 2 million years to reach our inconsequential eyes. My brain is blown quite wide open. It is so bright that if we didn't live in a gigantic bulbous city we could see it with our naked eyes. The world of Earth makes me weep. Maybe some lightning-struck kitten out there understands.
